| 授業概要 Course Description |
Introduction to Creative Writing will help you to express yourselves more freely in English. This classroom is a community of writers where we will support each other’s creativity and imagination.
Fiction assignments will include short stories, poems and movie scripts; non-fiction assignments will allow you consider your identities, the world around you and how the two interact.
Creativity is at the heart of human development - and this course will introduce you to some ways to tap into your imaginations, an important skill in our increasingly competitive times.

During this semester, we will explore some common types of writing. The first two assignments will be creative non-fiction: writing about a place in our worlds that fills us with feeling and digging deep into one aspect of ourselves - or someone close to us. In the second half of the semester, we will explore two types of fiction: short stories and movie scripts.
