| 授業概要 Course Description |
Fall Semester course will primarily focus on exploring literature and poetry in a variety of contexts. In particular, course work will enhance your skills in visual and literary analysis of picture books and literary passages. Students will also learn key stylistic devices to examine poetic and narrative works of the 20th and 21st literary writers/poets.

Course goals are based on the following objectives:
Students will be able to (SWAT): conduct visual and imagery analysis of poems/narratives
SWAT: conduct literary and stylistic analysis of different genres of literature
SWAT: choose work of literature/picture books/ and conduct different stylistic analysis
SWAT: apply critical and creative thinking skills to analyse literature and poetry
SWAT: exercise autonomy and creativity to explore literature.
By the end of the course SWAT to demonstrate confidence in communicating their ideas to peers and instructor.
