授業概要   Course Description During the second semester of Practical Journalism in English, we will start by exploring social trends and a current problem. In the second half of this semester, you will work in groups to explore a modern issue. Topics might include immigration, underground art/music, the gender gap or online vs face-to-face education.
You will explore your chosen issue as a group and then, using the skills we have studied previously, compile a package of writing. These will be shared with your classmates to build a sense of community and raise your critical thinking abilities.
到達目標   Class Goals The second semester of Practical Journalism in English will begin by introducing you to some further types of writing - both as readers and writers. Following this, you will put into practice what you have learned during this course by working as a group to investigate a current social topic in depth.
