ABM（エージェント・ベースト・モデル）のシミュレーションを使った管理会計研究のジャーナル論文を読み、そのジャーナル論文を参考に、Pythonを使ってシミュレーション実験を経験しする。そのようなシミュッレーション実験通じて、組織現象についての理解を深める。
