| 授業概要 Course Description |
Today, young people are online more than ever. Due to this, the amount of time that is spent on reading has decreased. However, reading is an excellent way for you to be exposed to and improve your English along with gaining knowledge about a certain subject. Therefore, this course is designed to immerse you in reading to get you accustomed to the act as well as make your English better. Learning in this class, you will experience a variety of work including timed readings, extensive reading and textbook exercises that focus on vocabulary learning, improving fluency and building reading skills. Moreover, during the class, there will be opportunities to participate in discussions about what you have read, do a presentation at the end of the term related to one of the topics as well as a final exam. This is a face-to-face class using Manaba.
